All hot tub covers are covered by a 2-year warranty. Vagnerpool Scandinavia along with the website www.kuben.se – sannra ™, gives our customers a 2-year warranty on any hot tub cover we sell. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. The warranty also covers the moisture barrier. The moisture barrier must maintain a tight seal (ie the weight of the lid does not increase significantly), and the vinyl must not crack or bleach significantly. The guarantee applies only if the lid does not close immediately after chlorination. Please allow 5-10 minutes to pass to be certain the lid will or will not close. In addition, the vinyl must be cleaned and protected against UV radiation with a suitable agent, preferably a type 303 aerospace protectant. In the event we send the wrong component and the customer is forced to make the exchange himself we will take this into consideration when making our determination. Due to long wait times it may take up to 90 days for the customer to receive the spare parts. If we are unable to deliver a new component within 90 days, the customer is entitled to a new cap, or may cancel the purchase altogether. The warranty does not include E: Velcro closure and mechanical damage, (injury or accident), neglect, abnormal use or customer failure to follow the above care advice.
