Enforcement and consumer protection

These General Conditions ("Conditions") are applicable to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Vagnerpool Scandinavia AB, organization number: 556872-2549, hereinafter referred to as "Vagnerpool". To safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act/Forbrukerkjøpsloven, the Distance and Home Sales Act/Trade Act and the Personal Data Act/Personopplysningsloven are applied to all purchases at www.kuben.se.

Prices and Fees

The prices quoted in the shop are inclusive of value added tax (VAT).

Shipping within Sweden is charged with SEK 49 for purchases under SEK 699. For purchases over SEK 699, there is free shipping.

Shipping within Norway is charged at 149NOK for regular packages, 699NOK for spalock.

Preparation of the purchase agreement

A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. By ordering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Vagnerpool Scandinavia AB does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental consent. At present, agreements can only be entered into with customers with a delivery address within Sweden.

Delivery

Kuben.se only sends complete orders, if any item is backordered, the entire order is stopped until everything can be sent.

-Sweden

The package is normally sent to the nearest DHL agent. The customer is notified by text message when the package is available for collection. The package is with the agent for 14 days, if it is not collected within this time, the package is returned to Kuben.se. This entails extra costs that are charged to the customer with SEK 375.

As an alternative, the customer can purchase delivery to a PostNord agent or home delivery with PostNord.

For spalock, home delivery with DHL Home Delivery applies:
DHL will contact the customer to arrange a time for delivery and then the driver will call 15-30 minutes before delivery. The customer must be at home and receive the Spalocket according to the delivery instructions emailed by Kuben.se. If no one is at home at the agreed delivery, a cost for new delivery will be charged.

Spalock that due to the customer cannot be delivered, the customer is charged with the actual cost of shipping / return shipping. kr.

-Norway

The package is normally sent by UPS and is primarily delivered to the customer's home. In some locations, the package is sent to an agent instead. It is also possible to choose to have the package sent to an agent if you do not want it delivered to your home. The package remains with the agent for 10 days; if it is not collected within this time, the package is returned to Kuben.se. This entails extra costs that are charged to the customer.

For spalock, home delivery with DHL Euroconnect plus applies:
DHL will contact the customer to arrange a time for delivery and then the driver will call 15-30 minutes before delivery. The customer must be at home and receive the Spalocket according to the delivery instructions emailed by Kuben.se. If no one is at home at the agreed delivery, a cost for new delivery will be charged.

-Delivery time

Goods in stock are sent the same day if ordered before 12 noon on weekdays, otherwise the next working day. Most deliveries take 1-2 days.

Transport damage

During transportation to the customer, Vagnerpool, together with the forwarding agent, is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in an undamaged condition. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the goods are not damaged. The customer is only entitled to check the packaging upon receipt of the goods. If there is any damage to the packaging, it must be noted before the shipment is signed for. Once the package has been received, the customer needs to check that the goods are intact. If damage has occurred during transportation, it must be reported to us at Kuben.se as soon as possible, but no later than 6 days after receiving the delivery. Damage that comes in later is considered to have been caused after receipt.

Right of withdrawal and return

The customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day the goods are delivered. We are very satisfied with our products and offer a 30-day cooling-off period. The right of withdrawal covers all products, except for specially ordered spalocks, which are made to order and customized according to the customer's wishes. 

The right of withdrawal allows you as a customer to examine the product properly before deciding whether you want to keep it. In connection with this, it may be necessary to open the packaging in order to examine the goods. The right to examine the product is limited and can be compared to the examination you can make if you buy the product in a shop.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal or make a return, you must contact the Cube at info@kuben.se as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after purchase. Note that you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping. We at kuben.se can possibly help you arrange return shipping, contact us for more information.

The product should be returned in unused and unaltered condition as well as the original packaging and inner packaging of the product. Avoid taping directly to the original packaging. If the product has been handled beyond our guidelines to you as a customer, kuben.se - Vagnerpool Scandinavia AB, retains its right to perform a reduction in value corresponding to the product's changed condition.

Pack your return in a way that prevents shipping damage during transportation. We do not replace products that are damaged during transportation to us.

Returns cannot be sent by Cash on Delivery and must go directly to us - NOT to an agent.

Attach a copy of the order form / receipt with a brief description of what went wrong. If you want a new item, you must place a new order. The return will be credited separately as soon as it has been returned to the Cube.

Complaints

If a product deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and Vagnerpool or in any other way does not correspond to the description of the product given by Vagnerpool, the product can be complained about. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint, the right of complaint does not, for example, include defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Vagnerpool must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months.

To enable a possible return / complaint, you need to be able to prove the purchase. Vagnerpool recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.

Warranty Spalock

Vagnerpool gives the buyer a 2 year warranty on the spalock against manufacturing or material defects.

The warranty covers: that the moisture barrier remains tight (i.e. that the weight of the cover does not increase significantly), and that the vinyl does not crack or fade significantly. The prerequisite for the guarantee to be valid is that the lid is not closed immediately after chlorination, wait 10 - 15 minutes. In addition, the vinyl must be cleaned and protected against UV radiation with an appropriate agent.

In the first instance, we send a new component to the customer who makes the replacement himself. Due to the long lead times for spare parts, it can take a long time before the customer can claim the warranty. The warranty does not cover: Velcro and mechanical damage, (damage or accident), neglect, abnormal use or if the customer has not followed the above care instructions.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond Vagnerpool's reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Vagnerpool's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed for as long as the circumstance exists. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Vagnerpool have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

Personal data

Vagnerpool is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

By accepting the purchase agreement with Vagnerpool, you agree that your information is saved, in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable you to update your order status and for sending offers from Vagnerpool, or Vagnerpool partners, by SMS, e-mail or other direct advertising. As a customer, you can access the saved data, change them or request deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time.

The customer data we collect and store are: Name, address, phone number, email, order data and IP address. This data is shared with our warehouse in order to complete the delivery.

We do not save any personal numbers when payment is made with an external partner, Klarna Bank. We never sell your personal data to other companies and we store the data on secure, monitored systems. We keep your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was originally collected.

The Law on Cookies

According to the Electronic Communications Act, we must inform you that our webshop uses so-called cookies. Websites that use cookies must provide the following information:

  • How cookies can be avoided.
 

What is a cookie? A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer. Cookies are used on many websites to give a visitor access to various functions. What do we use cookies for? We use cookies only to collect the information necessary for the technical functioning of the webshop. The cookie does not contain any personal information; it only serves as a technical aid while you are a visitor to the webshop. However, you can choose to fill in your own information such as name and address etc. when you complete an order with us. This means that you do not have to fill in the same information the next time you come to shop with us.

How to avoid the cookie: You choose whether you want to store your data to facilitate future shopping in our webshop. If you want to avoid the storage of temporary cookies (which do not contain any personal information), you should leave the webshop. You can also choose to set your browser to remove the possibility of storing temporary cookies.

We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board/Consumer Council and Swedish/Norwegian law in the event of a dispute.
