First, measure the pH of the pool. If the value is higher than 7.5, add 150 grams = 1 dl pH-Minus per 10 m³ of water.

Spread the recommended amount of pH minus over the largest possible area, especially in the deepest parts of the pool, to avoid the risk of bleaching the pool material.
The circulation pump should run during and after the addition. After about 15 minutes the effect can be checked by a new pH measurement.

If necessary, repeat the treatment by adding a new portion of pH-Minus until the pH is 7.0-7.4.

Even if you take good care of your pool, the water can become a bit cloudy on hot days when your pool is used a lot. Then it is good to flocculate small particles that would not otherwise get stuck in the filter. After flocculation, backwash away the particles before you start filtering again.
