The pool liner or pool cloth as it is also called is one of the most important parts of most pools. The liner is what keeps the water in the pool and it is also what creates the look of the pool. With a new liner, you can transform your entire pool area.
Pool liners consist of a PVC sheet that is welded at the joints. This can be done on site in the pool, in which case it is called a site-welded liner, or it can be done in a factory, in which case it is called a bag liner.
The liner we sell is a bag liner that is manufactured in Sweden according to the dimensions of your pool. A liner made in Sweden generally has a better fit than one made down in Europe. This is because it shrinks less than those made in Europe. All bag liners shrink a little to get a better fit when pressed against the pool frame by the water pressure.
A couple of things that are important to bear in mind when buying a liner are that they must not have perpendicular corners, but there will always be a small radius on the canvas in the corners. If you buy a patterned liner, the pattern does not follow through the joints. This is because the machines displace the liner slightly when it is welded. If pattern fit and sharp corners are important to you, you should invest in a spot-welded liner.
As our liners are made to order, exactly from the dimensions you specify on the order, it takes two to three weeks to manufacture your pool liner. In addition, there is shipping from the factory to your home. The delivery time is normally around 4 weeks.
There is a 2-year guarantee on the liner fabric itself and a 5-year guarantee on the tightness of the welds and the pool fabric.
