SpaCare Brominator Cleaner is used for chemical cleaning and descaling of electrolytic systems in spas or pools that produce bromine or chlorine. During operation, the electrodes become coated with lime and iron, which reduces/stops chlorine/bromine production.
Remove the electrolysis unit from the pipework, rinse the electrodes with clean water and refill with SpaCare Brominator Cleaner over the calcified electrodes.
Leave the electrodes in the solution for 6 hours. If the electrodes are clean and free of deposits, pick up the unit and rinse with clean water, after which it is ready for installation and operation again, otherwise wait another 6 hours.
