Spa ShockTabs is a chlorine-free disinfectant in tablet form, 20 grams, for your spa.
Shock Tabs should always be used in conjunction with activator Spa Shock Support.

You first measure the pH of the water and then adjust the value to 7.0-7.4 if necessary.
You should never add Shock Tabs directly to the spa; instead, the tablets are added to the spa by dosing directly into the overflow basket or into a metering float which allows for the regulation of the dosage.

To achieve sufficient disinfection with active oxygen, you need to achieve a value of up to 5-8 mg/l (5-8 ppm). If the oxygen level is too low, you will get growth of microorganisms such as algae, viruses and bacteria.

Tips

When you use Delphin Spa Shock Tabs in your spa and when many people have bathed, we recommend adding Delphin Chlorine Granules or Oxi Booster to quickly achieve the highest level of hygiene in the water.

Recommended values

You should therefore pay close attention to the dosage of spa chemicals and you should also regularly check and adjust values such as pH and alkalinity to the recommended values:
pH 7.0-7.4
Alkalinity 80-120 mg/l.
Active acid 5-8 ppm

• When adding new water to the spa, start by measuring the pH balance. Always try to stay in the range of 7.0 - 7.4. The alkalinity should be 80-120 mg/l. If it is too low, add Alca Up.
• Make sure you take a good shower before bathing and thoroughly rinse off any soap residue on your body and swimwear.
• Feel free to use Cleaning-free spa filters which keeps the water cleaner and makes it easier to care for your spa.
• Change the water in the spa 3-4 times per year and at the same time clean the pipework with a special "pipe cleaner".
• When changing the water, it is also advisable to clean the cover and treat the vinyl against weather, wind and UV radiation.
